The Meaning Behind Our Name
Praxis comes from the Greek word meaning to act, to do, to turn theory into practice.
Aristotle used it to describe the practical, real-world application of ideas, the point where work gets done, results are created, and progress is made.
That idea sits at the heart of Praxis360.
We exist to close the gap between strategy and execution. Helping organisations turn intent into action, build capability, and deliver outcomes that last.
We partner with industrial, asset-intensive and service-focused organisations to strengthen their ability to execute. Our work supports leaders who want clearer direction, more consistent performance, and the practical capability to move their organisation forward.
We help businesses:
Our approach blends commercial insight, operational depth, structured problem-solving and practical delivery discipline. We help leaders understand what drives performance today, determine where to focus next, and build the capability and routines that turn intent into real, sustainable progress.

To help industrial organisations turn intent into action by providing practical, operationally grounded support that strengthens capability and delivers results that last.
To lift the performance of industrial organisations by making world-class operational and execution discipline accessible to every size of business.

We improve what matters to you
If it doesn’t move the needle...customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, commercial results, we rethink it.

We show up as part of your business.
We collaborate closely, speak plainly, work alongside your team and deliver on our word.

We follow through until it sticks
Using PDCA discipline and hands-on support to ensure real outcomes, not just recommendations.

Aaron is known for simplifying complexity, aligning leaders, and designing practical solutions that work in real operational environments. He brings clarity to ambiguous challenges, structure to execution, and discipline to delivery — helping organisations build capability and unlock performance that lasts.
He holds an MBA - Technology from UNSW (AGSM), capping tertiary qualifications in engineering, program management, business and digital innovation from leading institutions. He is also trained in Lean, Six Sigma and Total Quality Management through leading global enterprise programs.
After more than two decades in large industrial organisations, I saw the same challenge appear again and again: leaders had strong strategies and capable teams, but turning intent into action was harder than it should be. Daily operational pressure pulled people into the urgent, execution discipline drifted, and good ideas often struggled to translate into lasting outcomes.
I also saw the same challenge amplified in smaller industrial businesses, big ambitions, deep expertise, enormous potential, but limited capacity or frameworks to operationalise change. What they needed wasn’t more theory. It was clarity, structure, and practical support to move forward with confidence.
Over the years, I worked with many external consulting firms, some helpful, but many times we struggled to deliver real, sustainable value. I often found that the people advising us had strong academic credentials but limited operational experience. They hadn’t led the teams, carried delivery pressure, or balanced strategy with the realities of daily operations.
So, the responsibility for turning ideas into outcomes often fell back on internal leaders, including me. Bridging that gap became a core part of my role, and it showed me how powerful practical, grounded, operationally aware support can be.
And that’s why I started Praxis360.
To bring proven, real-world practices from engineering, production, supply chain, transformation and executive leadership into organisations that want to strengthen performance, build capability, and make meaningful progress.
Praxis360 exists to help leaders cut through complexity, align their teams, and deliver outcomes that stick...but in a way that’s practical, collaborative, and grounded in genuine operational understanding.
If you’re looking to move your organisation forward with clarity and confidence, I’d be glad to have a conversation.
